[Remote] AI/ML Engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. New York Technology Partners is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to support the adoption of AI/ML tools and technologies. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining AI-powered software solutions, while collaborating with various teams to address healthcare-related challenges.

Responsibilities

• Support the adoption of AI/ML tools and technologies, contributing to projects using Generative AI and traditional machine learning techniques
• Assist in the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of AI-powered software solutions addressing customer and business needs
• Contribute to building responsible AI solutions for the provider community, following ethical, security, and regulatory guidelines
• Help develop and enhance AI/ML-driven features such as Generative AI models, predictive analytics, and workflow automation
• Participate in development and improvement of AI-driven applications, including chatbots and conversational AI tools
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering team members on scalable solutions for healthcare-related challenges
• Follow established engineering practices and align with the organization's AI and technology strategy
• Write clean, maintainable code and support delivery of high-quality software solutions
• Continuously develop skills in AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and responsible AI practices
• Support AI integration into cloud platforms and digital initiatives
• Assist with project tasks, prioritization, and documentation while gaining hands-on AI/ML development experience

Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience building AI/ML solutions, including LLMs, Generative AI, and traditional ML models
• Strong experience with chatbots, conversational AI, and NLP-based solutions
