Job Title: Recruiting Operations Manager  (HIKINEX Internal Hiring only) Location: Remote   Work Schedule: PT  About the Role:  We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Recruiting Operations Manager to lead and optimize our recruitment team’s performance. This role will serve as the key bridge between recruiters and clients, ensuring alignment, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement in recruitment outcomes.  The ideal candidate is both people-focused and data-driven—capable of coaching recruiters, managing client relationships, and driving performance through structured processes and strategic insights.    Key Responsibilities  Team Leadership & Coaching  Manage, mentor, and coach a team of recruiters to improve overall performance and productivity   Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and team meetings   Identify skill gaps and provide actionable coaching, training, and development plans   Foster accountability, ownership, and a high-performance culture within the team   Client Management & Communication  Serve as the primary point of contact between recruiters and clients   Ensure clear alignment on hiring expectations, timelines, and candidate quality   Provide regular updates and insights to clients regarding pipeline and market conditions   Build strong, long-term relationships with clients  Performance Management & Reporting  Track, analyze, and report on key recruiting metrics (e.g., submissions, interviews, placements, conversion rates)   Monitor individual and team performance against KPIs and targets   Implement strategies to improve recruiter efficiency and success rates   Ensure data accuracy across ATS and reporting tools   Escalations & Problem Resolution  Handle client and candidate escalations professionally and efficiently   Support recruiters in resolving complex hiring challenges   Ensure issues are addressed promptly while maintaining strong relationships     Qualifications  Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing (agency experience preferred)   10  years of recruiting experience and with a leadership or supervisory role managing recruiters   Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, pipelines, and performance management   Excellent communication and management skills   Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution   Experience working with ATS and recruitment tools     Key Competencies  Leadership & Coaching   Strategic Thinking   Client Management   Data-Driven Decision Making   Problem-Solving & Escalation Handling   Strong Accountability & Ownership     Join Us  Become part of a dynamic team where your contributions are valued, your ideas are heard, and your growth is supported. At H!KINEX, we offer not just a job, but a career path with opportunities to learn, grow, and work alongside industry leaders.
