Responsibilities
- Provides comprehensive administrative and project support within the Division of Human Resources
- Dedicates approximately 50% of effort to executive-level administrative support for one or more HR executives and 50% to program and project coordination across HR initiatives
- Ensures operational excellence by managing executive calendars and communications, coordinating meetings and documentation, supporting onboarding and search processes, and providing structured project management support including research, tracking milestones, preparing reports, and ensuring timely execution of strategic initiatives
- Exercises discretion, sound judgment, and initiative while working with confidential information and multiple competing priorities
