**Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:
* Accurately entering data in the QuickClaim system using a constant supply of images
* Identifying document types based on the provided documentation
* Reviewing and verifying entered data to ensure it meets or exceeds quality requirements
* Ensuring all Personal Health Information (PHI) is kept confidential, following HIPAA standards
* Professionally interacting with other staff as needed
* Making recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes
* Working until all tasks are completed for the day
* Performing other basic office duties as assigned
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* The ability to type 50 words per minute and have a 10-key experience
* Ideal data entry skills, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Results-driven and able to work independently, with a proven ability to analyze information and make sound decisions
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with others
* A high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
