Position Purpose: Provide an overview of the responsibilities of the position by providing a summary of the most important aspects and duties of the position.

Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities: List the roles and responsibilities of the position

Define ecosystem-specific standards:

•      Define content specific to each function

•      Identify and support resolution of interdependencies

•      Stakeholder management and leadership across full ecosystem

•      Update standards / playbook in alignment with OE and Core Teams

Support maturity build:

•      Partnering with site & functional leadership

•      Support maturity build & value, identify required efforts (w/ OE)

•      Planning/execution of future deployments

•      Calibration of maturity assessment through site visits

Support value delivery:

•      Monitor value capture & drive accountability

•      Strategy planning, prioritization & budgeting

•      Contribute to key initiatives

Implement and coach leadership ecosystem within function

•      Implement tiered meeting cascade and CBN/CI review within function

•      Contribute and coach effectiveness of T4 team

Lead key cross site initiatives

•      Lead key cross-site initiatives raised through T4 CBN/CI review
