As a Sales Representative at Viking Manufacturing, you will be a key player in driving sales growth, cultivating relationships with new clients, and maintaining robust connections with existing customers. You will collaborate with our marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
Efficiently filter and qualify incoming leads to identify high-potential prospects.
Utilize CRM tools efficiently to manage and track leads, sales activities, and client interactions. Proficiency in HubSpot is highly desirable.
Support CSO to Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and inbound lead follow-up.
Promptly schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
Conduct live sales calls, negotiate, and close deals promptly to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
Support CSO to Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify and capitalize on opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional products and services to existing clients.
Apply knowledge and experience in selling steel structures to provide informed and relevant solutions to clients.
Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure a unified approach to client management.
Collaborate with the customer support team to address client concerns and improve service delivery.
Support CSO to Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities for growth.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance and inform strategy adjustments.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products, services, and customer experience.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the steel structures or construction industry.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
