Job Description:
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, performance tracking, reporting, and process standardization across the organization.
• Maintain and update operational dashboards, KPI reports, and performance scorecards.
• Compile and distribute weekly and monthly operational performance reports.
• Track key metrics and assist with data collection, validation, and reporting accuracy.
• Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, forms, and process documentation.
• Support Operational Excellence initiatives and improvement projects.
• Track action items, project milestones, and continuous improvement activities.
• Assist with root cause analysis documentation and corrective action tracking.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and improvement events.
Requirements:
• Associate’s degree in business administration, Operations, Project Management, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative, operations support, project coordination, or business support role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience supporting Operations, Continuous Improvement, Project Management, or Business Operations teams.
• Experience in construction, renewable energy, transportation, logistics, industrial services, or field operations.
• Experience with Power BI, D365, SharePoint, Procore, or similar business systems.
• Knowledge of KPI reporting and operational metrics.
• Experience supporting Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement initiatives.
