Role Overview

As Chartis continues to expand its impact as a leading healthcare strategy and advisory firm, we are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Manager, Healthcare IT Talent Acquisition (Epic), to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in supporting our contract recruiting efforts by identifying, engaging, and securing exceptional Epic IT talent at all levels.

In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to firm leadership and delivery teams, driving full-cycle recruitment with a focus on contract Epic IT talent aligned to active and pipeline client engagements. You will combine market intelligence, search expertise, and a deep understanding of Chartis’ mission to build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality, readily deployable consultants. From aligning on project-based hiring needs to executing targeted outreach strategies, and from evaluating technical and functional fit to managing offer negotiations, you will lead a high-touch, relationship-driven process that ensures timely fulfillment, billability, and exceptional talent alignment with client needs.

Qualifications and Desired Skills

Salary range: $100,000-$140,000, plus may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs.
