Responsibilities
- Support more senior engineering personnel in development efforts creating licensing documents for submittal to Westinghouse customers and regulatory agencies, focused on new plant technologies
- Collaborate with variety of engineering teams to create licensing inputs
- Participate in internal, customer, and regulatory meetings to present technical materials
- Communicate nature and status of work performed to appropriate technical lead and management
- Perform work within established scope, budgetary and schedule requirements
Skills
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering Required (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Nuclear)
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- New Graduate Engineers encouraged to apply
- Microsoft Product skill sets required at an advanced level- so a strong ability to work within WORD and EXCEL
- Excellent Communication skills are required as teammates and specialist are across the country and the world
- Ability to travel within US and Globally (<10% travel expected to support customer, industry, or regulator activities), with additional opportunities available if desired
