Responsibilities
- Assisting with default, collections, litigation, and bankruptcy matters
- Drafting default notices and other correspondence
- Tracking and reporting status updates
- Conducting legal research
- Maintaining entity filings
- Processing invoices
- Providing other support to the Legal Department
Skills
- Bachelor's/Associate's degree, or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
