Summary of the Role
Reporting to the Team Leader, Learning and Development, the Learning & Development Advisor will take the lead on the planning, design and implementation of new learning programs to support the organization in meeting its Business Strategy while maintaining current learning modules.
What will you be responsible for?
This position will be dedicated to testing and upgrading our current e-learning modules for system and software compatibility. This project will be done to align with our upgraded learning management platform and in preparation for a software upgrade.
The successful candidate will require a high level of technical proficiency in maintaining and developing e-learning modules (preference given to experience using Adobe Captivate and Vyond), in addition to a strong, practical background in adult learning.
Additionally, the Advisor will assist the Team Leader, Learning and Development to provide strategic advice and recommendation on staff development and training plans within appropriate fiscal, human and physical resources required for training delivery.

Experience with change management practices and comfortable leading change.
Excels in use of familiar and new technology.
