Job Description
We’re hiring a Fractional Sales Manager to take full ownership of a small team of commission-only closers for a fast-growing AI SaaS platform.
This is not a passive management role. This is a performance role.

What You’ll Own
• Manage and drive performance for 3–5 commission-only closers
• Run daily pipeline reviews and enforce activity standards
• Identify exactly where deals are breaking and fix it fast
• Coach calls, sharpen messaging, and improve close rates
• Enforce follow-up discipline and calendar consistency
• Track KPIs daily and hold the team accountable to them
• Turn inconsistent performers into reliable producers

As the company grows, you will take on additional teams across new markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia and beyond), increasing both your scope and compensation.
High performers in this role will move from managing a small team to overseeing multiple teams globally, with earnings tied directly to the performance of the teams you lead.

Compensation
$30–$50/hour + performance-based bonuses tied to team output

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
