What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a Data Associate at arenaflex, you will be at the forefront of AI development, working with diverse datasets to enhance the capabilities of our voice AI platform. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Data Annotation & Labeling: Work with a wide range of text, speech, and multimedia data types to create high-quality annotated datasets. You'll apply established guidelines and criteria to label and categorize information accurately, ensuring our AI models receive reliable training data that meets our rigorous quality standards.
- Quality Assurance: Deliver exceptional quality in all labeled data by meticulously following annotation rules and protocols. You'll utilize our proprietary in-house tools and software platforms to process and validate data, consistently meeting or exceeding established KPIs for accuracy and throughput.
- Technical Problem-Solving: Identify, document, and report any issues with tools, software, or data processing pipelines as they arise. You'll work closely with our technical teams to communicate problems quickly and contribute to finding effective solutions.

You'll be joining the Voice AI Data Services team, which plays a pivotal role in training and improving our AI assistant. This team is responsible for data creation, curation, and analysis services that support the development, testing, and training of our voice AI capabilities.
We work closely with our Machine Learning Science and modeling teams, providing the essential data they need to improve speech recognition accuracy, natural language understanding, and overall user experience.
