- Prescription Data Management: You will handle patient medication requests within strict HIPAA compliance guidelines, entering refill orders for processing by our pharmacy team. This requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to interpret clinical abbreviations and SIG codes accurately.
- Data Quality Assurance: Investigate and resolve missing prescription information by conducting thorough research and collaborating with prescribers when necessary. You will be responsible for resolving all data entry-related exceptions and ensuring the integrity of our patient records.
- Patient Communication: Handle multi-channel correspondence with patients, including inbound phone calls, live chat interactions, and email communications. You will also make outbound calls to prescribers and patients as needed to gather information, clarify prescription details, or follow up on pending requests.
- Third Party Issue Resolution: Serve as a key point of contact for resolving insurance and third-party billing oddballs. This involves researching issues, collecting necessary information, making appropriate amendments, and resubmitting claims according to specific plan requirements. You will communicate with back plans and other stakeholders to obtain information, gain override approvals, and ensure timely resolution.
- Pharmacy Team Support: Provide comprehensive assistance to our pharmacists, including those in your home office and those at other locations. You will identify and escalate issues to senior-level staff as appropriate, ensuring seamless coordination across our pharmacy network.
- Compliance and Licensing: Must acquire an active technician license or certification within the first 90 days of employment and maintain active licensure throughout your tenure with arenaflex.
Essential Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
