You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven strategies that meet the needs of our business. If you're a seasoned professional with a passion for data analysis and a track record of delivering high-impact results, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and coach a team of specialists, providing technical direction and guidance on data analysis and reporting best practices * Drive the development of cutting-edge data analysis and reporting solutions, leveraging cloud-based technologies and data platforms * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven strategies that meet the needs of our business * Develop and maintain complex data models and reporting structures, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance * Drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making across the organization, providing insights and recommendations to inform business strategy * Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies, evaluating their relevance and potential impact on our business * Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth * Collaborate with data scientists, business analysts, and IT experts to develop comprehensive data solutions * Develop and maintain documentation for data analysis processes, reporting structures, and data models * Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the organization **Essential Qualifications** * 15+ years of active experience in data analysis and reporting roles, with a strong track record of delivering high-impact results * 5+ years of experience in leadership or senior roles, with a proven ability to guide and lead teams * 5+ years of experience working with cloud-based technologies, including ADLS, Azure Databricks, and other large data innovations * Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools, languages, and systems, including Conos, PowerBI, SQL, Python, and R * Experience working with cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, to design and implement data-driven solutions * Strong understanding of Lakehouse design standards, combining the best of data lakes and data warehouses for efficient and adaptable data management * High-level SQL skills, with a strong understanding of social databases and business data storage to write complex SQL queries against multiple data sources * Experience managing high-volume and high-speed data streams, and designing systems that can handle the demands of real-time or near-real-time analysis * Experience in shaping the essential vision for data analysis and reporting drives within an organization * Proven ability to drive growth, adapt to emerging technologies, and execute industry best practices * Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to assume ownership and responsibility for critical issues **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's or Ph.D. in Software Engineering, Informatics, Data Science, or a related technical discipline * Relevant industry certifications, such as Certified Data Scientist or Certified Analytics Professional * Experience in retail, manufacturing, e-commerce, or supply chain management * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, including Purplish blue SQL DW (Neurotransmitter), ADLS, Purplish blue Event Hub, Universe, Data bricks, and Delta-Lake **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive salary range: $160,000 - $230,000 * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, hearing aid, pharmacy, social well-being, employee assistance, and 401(k) plan * Stock buy plan to qualified employees * Opportunity to work with a leading organization in the data analytics and science space * Collaborative and dynamic work environment, with a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction * Professional development opportunities, including training and mentorship programs **How to Apply** If you're a seasoned professional with a passion for data analysis and a track record of delivering high-impact results, we want to hear from you.
