Compensation and Benefits

careerzynith offers a comprehensive compensation package designed to attract and retain top talent. Our compensation philosophy reflects the cost of labor across various US geographic markets and is based on factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Base Compensation

The base pay for this position ranges from $34,900 per year in our lowest geographic market up to $59,400 per year in our highest geographic market, depending on location and experience.

Total Compensation Package

In addition to competitive base pay, careerzynith may offer equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a comprehensive total compensation package.
