What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Associate
As a Customer Service Associate at careerzynith, you will wear many hats and play a critical role in the day-to-day success of our restaurant. Your primary mission is to ensure every guest has a positive, memorable experience — from the moment they place their order to the moment they leave with a smile. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Drive-Thru Operations: Greet guests warmly, take accurate and efficient drive-thru orders, process payments, and ensure that each order is prepared correctly and delivered promptly.
- Order Assembly and Delivery: Carefully assemble guest orders to specification, double-check accuracy, and deliver food to customers at the counter, table, or drive-thru window with a friendly attitude.

Essential Physical and Mental Requirements
