As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks and projects associated with our Clinical Adjudication and CAPAS operations. You'll be responsible for working with large data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Work on branch projects and PA sports in a timely manner, ensuring high-quality deliverables and meeting deadlines
* Support CAPAS carrier catalog offerings, incorporating progressive enhancements into all elements of the CAPAS operations
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement patron PA documents at various stages of the Clinical overview part of the member statistics transition process
* Analyze and interpret large data sets, identifying trends and patterns to inform business decisions
* Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve issues, including override issues and other CAPAS-related tasks and projects
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 1-2 years of analytical experience working with large data sets for projects or trending/possibility identification
* Strong understanding of data analysis principles and techniques, including data visualization and reporting
* Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to articulate complex/technical ideas to non-technical/lay users
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrixed environment
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with RxClaim, particularly adjudication associated with PA overrides
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Access and SQL
* Ability to run queries in RxClaim or Data Warehouse
* Experience working with MS Access database
* Self-motivated with a strong, effective attitude
