Our Client Service Specialists are the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our customers at the ticket counter, baggage claim, and gate areas. **Job Summary:** We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team as a Remote Operations Agent (MSP) at arenaflex. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling various tasks, and working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. * Handle various tasks, including data entry, tagging, and registration, using our automated retail location system. * Work in a helpful and collaborative spirit to ensure the success of our organization. * Responsible for providing accurate and timely information to clients, including flight schedules, reservations, and baggage claims. * Handle cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons as forms of payment for tickets. * Calculate charges, make change, and balance daily transactions. * Inspect baggage and freight, answering phone calls to provide information to guests, paging clients, resolving issues, and assisting on a case-by-case basis. * Manage overbooked clients due to oversells, delayed or canceled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged baggage. * Resolve issues quickly and within established guidelines. * Complete forms and reports as required by the organization. * Write anomaly and complaint reports as needed. * Perform other work duties as directed by supervisors. **Essential Qualifications:** * Ability to type and use a computer keyboard with sufficient speed to meet the needs of the job. * Ability to understand reports, follow directions, learn, and comprehend tagging techniques, rules, and guidelines. * Ability to work with others as part of a team, meet the public, and work under stressful circumstances. * Ability to complete the Client Service Specialist training program with an 80% or higher average and assessment period. * Knowledge of hazardous situations and ability to handle crises as needed. * Ability to work under close time constraints to achieve quick turnarounds of aircraft. * Ability to give a well-groomed appearance, understanding the Ground Activities Worker Handbook and Work Arrangement. * Ability to perform all job duties within a confined space. * Ability to communicate verbally by phone, in person, and on public address systems effectively. * Excellent written and oral communication skills. * Ability to convey information and directions verbally or through radio equipment. * Ability to lift and move objects up to 70 pounds consistently and frequently lift or move loads of 40 to 50 pounds onto raised surfaces. * Ability to climb, bend, stoop, and stand consistently and for extended periods. * Ability to wear approved uniforms. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Previous experience in a customer-facing role or data entry position. * Knowledge of airline operations and procedures. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Familiarity with automated retail location systems. **Education and Experience:** * No formal education requirement. * No experience necessary. **Certifications and Licenses:** * Ability to obtain a SIDA identification and meet all local airport requirements. * May be required by Station Initiative to obtain a Customs Seal and meet all requirements to work international flights. **Physical Demands:** * Ability to lift and move objects up to 70 pounds consistently and frequently lift or move loads of 40 to 50 pounds onto raised surfaces. * Ability to climb, bend, stoop, and stand consistently and for extended periods. * Ability to wear approved uniforms. **Other Requirements:** * Ability to work shift work and overtime. * Unknown language abilities are desirable but not required. * Pay amount does not guarantee work for a specific timeframe. * 401(k) match contributions are subject to Retirement Savings Plan vesting plan and relevant IRS limits. * Benefit sharing contributions are subject to Retirement Savings Plan vesting plan and are made at the discretion of the organization. **About arenaflex:** arenaflex is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
