**Job Description:**
We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Agent to join our arenaflex team on a contract basis. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for retailers, providing exceptional customer experiences and resolving their queries in a timely and professional manner. You will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering outstanding support and exceeding customer expectations.
**Responsibilities:**
* Respond to 25-30 calls per day from retailers, addressing their questions and concerns about orders, claims, and other related issues
* Provide accurate and up-to-date information on pricing, discounts, billing, and shipping
* Research and resolve problems with orders and claims in a timely and efficient manner
* Populate data and participate in workflow processes within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
* Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation as assigned
**Requirements:**
* 1-2 years of call center experience
* 1 year of customer service experience
* Baseline ability to 10-key by touch (industry standard minimum keystrokes requirement)
* 40 WPM typing speed (will be tested)
* Flexible schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-hour shift between 7AM-8PM (plus occasional Sundays)
* High school diploma or equivalent
