**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Team Lead at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Managing and prioritizing customer contact volumes to ensure high-quality service delivery
* Leading, motivating, and supporting a team of customer support agents
* Monitoring and analyzing customer service metrics to optimize performance and anticipate issues
* Collaborating with other departments to drive product improvements and elevate the customer experience
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (FCA, GDPR, KYC/AML)
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven leadership experience in a remote team management setting
* Knowledge of management techniques and data-driven decision-making
* Track record of setting and meeting targets and KPIs
* Extensive use of support tooling (arenaflex's preferred tooling)
* Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and drive insights
