**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a permanent basis, working from home. As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met. You'll work closely with our team to identify and resolve complex problems, communicate effectively with clients, and provide solutions that meet their needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to incoming phone calls from clients, addressing their concerns and resolving issues related to prescription qualification, prescription status, and other related inquiries
* Provide clear and concise information to clients regarding their prescribed benefits, use planning, formulary, premiums, and condition of purchases and insurance claims or inquiries
* Listen attentively to clients' concerns, documenting required details in computer systems, and pinpointing issues to communicate options and measures to clients, pharmacies, and medical doctors
* Create outbound calls to clients regarding prescribed purchases and repayment concerns
* Research complex problems related to participant prescription and/or pharmacy benefits, utilizing multiple data sources, and communicating effectively with clients, pharmacies, and medical doctors
* Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve issues, and provide solutions that meet clients' needs

**Qualifications**
To be successful as a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:
* High School Diploma/GED or higher
* 1+ years of customer service experience, including delivering service over the phone
* Knowledge of computer systems and Windows computer functions, including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex PC system functions
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including the ability to open and navigate a phrase document and Microsoft Excel, including the ability to open and navigate a spreadsheet
* Ability to work any of our 8-hour change schedules, Sunday to Saturday, 5:00 am to 11:00 pm Pacific Standard Time or Mountain Standard Time, depending on your location
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Call Center experience
* Customer service experience
* Experience working in a virtual setting
* Knowledge of digital systems and devices, including web, chat, and email
* Experience working in a healthcare/insurance setting, including knowledge of clinical jargon, health insurance plan documentations, or benefit strategy design
* Community service, personality health, disease prevention, health promotion, and behavior change experience, including working with vulnerable populations
**Telecommuting Requirements**
