**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative & Office Assistant, you'll be responsible for:
* Managing incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries effectively, providing timely and accurate information.
* Conducting outbound calling to follow up on customer needs and provide information, promoting a proactive approach to customer service.
* Performing data entry tasks accurately to maintain client records, ensuring up-to-date and organized documentation.
* Assisting clients with product information, order processing, and issue resolution, providing comprehensive support.
* Collaborating with team members to enhance client services and improve overall satisfaction, fostering a customer-centric culture.
* Creating invoices in QuickBooks, demonstrating proficiency in office software applications.
* Maintaining a professional demeanor while communicating with clients in both English and Spanish (if bilingual), providing exceptional language skills.

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in customer service, office, or call center environments is preferred, but not required.
