**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Dispatcher to join our team on a temp-to-hire basis. As a Customer Service Dispatcher, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by dispatching, scheduling, and closing out service calls. You'll be responsible for providing top-tier customer support, responding to emails, phone calls, and text messages, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Dispatcher, your key responsibilities will include:
* Dispatching, scheduling, and closing out service calls in a timely and efficient manner
* Providing top-tier customer support through phone, email, and text messages
* Managing part warranties, updating service boards, and supporting the CSR lead
* Assisting in resolving concerns, running reports, and coordinating with technicians
* Supporting projects as assigned and ensuring customer satisfaction
* Maintaining accurate records and reports, and adhering to company policies and procedures
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* 5+ years of customer service or dispatching experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Prior CRM/CMMS and HVAC knowledge preferred
* Honesty, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the HVAC industry
