Your focus will be on member support via phone, chat, and email, making you the voice of arenaflex. We're looking for a passionate problem solver who is dedicated to helping people and becoming an expert on arenaflex's product, operations, and member needs. **About the Role:** As a Contract Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our members, offering education and guidance to help them understand and utilize their benefit, and finding the right provider for their needs. You'll follow documented best practices for handling member inquiries, suggesting process improvements as you identify them.
