**Your Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your main responsibility will be to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. This will involve:
* **Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns**
* **Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues**
* **Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate**
* **Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments**
* **Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes**
* **Providing feedback on call issues**
* **Upselling if required**

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment**
* **6 months of customer service experience (preferred)**
* **Over 18 years of age**
* **Ability to type 30 wpm**
* **High School Graduate or GED**
* **Comfort with desktop computer systems**
* **Proven oral and written communication skills**
* **Logical problem-solving skills**
* **Ability to navigate Windows operating systems**
* **Organization and work prioritization skills**
**Work from Home Requirements**
To ensure your success in this role, you'll need to meet the following work from home requirements:
* **Internet Requirements**: A minimum subscribed download rate of 50.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 10.0 Mbps.
* **ISP Requirements**: No packet loss and a ping under 50ms.
* **Internet Connection Requirements**: Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN.
* **Proof of Internet Speed Required**: We'll need to verify your internet speed to ensure it meets our requirements.
* **Clean and Quiet Workspace**: You'll need a clean and quiet workspace to ensure you can focus and be productive.
