**What We're Looking For**
We're seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Licensed Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our policyholders, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your expertise in property and casualty insurance will be invaluable in helping our customers navigate their policies and make informed decisions.
**Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Licensed Customer Service Agent, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Interacting with policyholders via phone, email, and chat to resolve questions and concerns
* Contacting customers' banks and mortgage companies to obtain additional details
* Creating and updating policies for customers to review
* Submitting payments and issuing refunds
* Educating customers on policies and coverages
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer experiences
* Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* An active Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines insurance license
* Experience in a call center or high-incoming call volume environment
* Fluency in Spanish (bilingual preferred)
* Home insurance experience highly preferred
* Superior customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and problem-solving
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited structure
* Proficiency in Google Suite or similar tools, with the ability to navigate multiple tools and windows at once
* A need for efficiency, with a focus on continuously improving processes and procedures
**Availability and Training**
We're looking for candidates who are available to work our standard shifts, which include:
* 9:00 AM-6:00 PM CST
* 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST
You'll also be required to participate in our mandatory paid 10-week training period, which will equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed in this role.
