Position Overview
Department: Administration & Data Management
Position Type: Full-time (Remote)
Compensation Range: $1,500 - $1,950 monthly
Reports To: Data Operations Supervisor
Education Required: High School Diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled)
Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our product information database. Your contributions will directly impact the shopping experience of millions of pet owners across the country. Here are the key responsibilities for this position:
- Data Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain product information in arenaflex's database, ensuring all details including product names, descriptions, pricing, specifications, and images are current, correct, and properly formatted for seamless customer experiences.
- Quality Assurance: Meticulously review data for errors, inconsistencies, and formatting issues; verify information when necessary to uphold the integrity of our product listings and enhance accuracy across our entire digital platform.
- Database Maintenance: Perform regular database maintenance tasks including data cleaning, deduplication, and organization to ensure optimal system performance and user accessibility.
- Collaborative Projects: Participate in special projects with various teams including marketing, merchandising, and customer service, providing data support that helps launch new product initiatives and improve existing processes.
- Customer Insights Analysis: Utilize customer feedback, interaction trends, and purchase data to optimize product descriptions and information, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Continuous Learning: Engage in ongoing training and development sessions to stay updated on the latest tools, software, and best practices in data management, increasing your efficiency and productivity over time.

Essential Qualifications & Requirements

Age & Eligibility
- Applicants must be between 16 and 19 years old
- Must have parental/guardian consent to participate in remote work
Education
- Must be currently enrolled in high school or equivalent educational institution
- Maintain satisfactory academic standing
Technical Skills
- Basic proficiency with computers and standard operating systems
- Strong keyboarding skills with the ability to type efficiently and accurately (minimum 40 words per minute preferred)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for data entry and documentation
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for cloud-based collaboration
- Basic understanding of data entry concepts and best practices
Communication Skills
- Ability to read and comprehend data entry-related documents and instructions
- Effective communication with supervisors and team leaders
- Good written communication skills for entering accurate data and noting discrepancies
- Basic English proficiency (verbal and written)
Work Environment & Availability
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps download speed)
