About This Role: Customer Service Representative – Pet Pharmacy Support
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the frontline ambassador for our pharmacy services. Your primary responsibility is to engage with pet parents who reach out to us for assistance with their pet's medications, health products, and wellness needs. This is not just about answering phones or responding to messages – it's about building relationships, solving problems, and ensuring that every pet parent feels heard, supported, and confident in the care their pet receives.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Engage Directly with Customers: Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chat messages from pet parents seeking pharmacy-related assistance. You'll be the friendly voice (or message) that turns a stressful situation into a reassuring experience.
- Problem-Solve with Purpose: Investigate customer concerns thoroughly, research appropriate solutions, and follow up diligently to ensure issues are resolved completely. No two days will be the same, and your critical thinking skills will be put to the test in the best possible way.
- Navigate Regulatory Standards: Adhere to strict safety and regulatory guidelines while providing accurate information about pet medications, dosages, and wellness products. Your attention to detail helps keep pets safe.

What We're Looking For: Qualifications & Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Customer Experience Background: One to two years of experience working in a customer-focused environment is preferred. Whether you've worked in retail, hospitality, healthcare, or another service industry, we want to hear from you.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: You must be able to communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically – both verbally and in writing. Customers should feel that you truly understand their concerns.
- Multitasking Mastery: The ability to juggle multiple customer interactions while maintaining accuracy and composure is essential. You'll handle incoming calls, follow up on issues, and document everything – sometimes all at once.
- Critical Thinking Abilities: You'll need to assess situations quickly, identify the root cause of problems, and implement effective solutions. We value team members who can think on their feet.
- Flexibility & Adaptability: Our customers need us at various times, so you must be willing to adjust your schedule and work overtime as needed to ensure excellent coverage.
- Kentucky Residency: This is a remote position, but you must be a resident of Kentucky, reside within 90 miles of Louisville, Kentucky, and perform all work within the state of Kentucky.
- Background Check & Licensing: You must be able to pass a background check and meet the requirements for Kentucky pharmacy technician licensing.
