Minimum Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of experience as a retoucher in a commercial photography or advertising agency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other relevant retouching software.
- Strong knowledge of color correction, image compositing, and non-destructive editing techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency across a large volume of images.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
- Leadership skills to mentor and guide junior retouching team members.
- Proven ability to work effectively with remote teams.
- A portfolio showcasing your expertise in image retouching and your understanding of brand building and design.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Bridge).
