Location: Remote; Active licensure in California is required

Employment Type: Full Time (40 hours per week), W2 Employee (combination role of supervisor and provider)

Salary: Up to $105,000 annual salary DOE

We are looking for a Clinical Director to join and lead our growing team! We're a collaborative, clinician-led practice dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based mental health care in a supportive and inclusive environment. We prioritize ethical practice, professional growth, and compassionate care for the diverse communities we serve.


Job Summary

This role combines supervisory leadership with direct clinical practice responsibilities. In addition to direct therapy, you will partner with other clinical leaders to ensure ethical, compliant, and high-quality care in accordance with company policies and applicable regulatory and professional standards. Responsibilities include clinician coaching and supervision, chart reviews, documentation training, monitoring client retention and feedback, and developing action plans and training programs to support continuous improvement. You will also ensure compliance with BBS supervision and ethics requirements, support timely and accurate documentation, and assist therapists with records-related questions.
