Job Description:
• Own end-to-end channel expansion: research, prioritize, launch, and iterate across a diverse mix of paid and partnership-based channels
• Shape the innovative channel roadmap
• Apply strong marketing fundamentals across varied and novel channel contexts

Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, with meaningful exposure across multiple channels
• Consulting background (ideally MBB or equivalent) preferred
• Strong foundational understanding of core marketing levers
• Strong quantitative analytical ability working with full-funnel metrics
• Genuine creative acumen
• Excited about applying AI tools and agents to accelerate marketing work
• Curiosity and resourcefulness
