Role Overview

We are hiring a proactive, relationship-driven B2B Sales Executive to manage and close inbound leads for a growing cosmetics manufacturing business. This is not a cold-calling role—leads are generated weekly and require qualification, nurturing, and structured follow-up.

You will guide brand founders and product companies through a consultative, technical sales process similar to a “kitchen renovation” model—understanding scope, budget, formulation needs, and production timelines. This role requires ownership of the full sales cycle, from qualification to deposit collection and handoff to production.
