To be successful in this role, candidates should be self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing projects with a high degree of independence. The position has immediate responsibility for coordinating and developing Continuity of Operations (COOP) plans with county departments, requiring strong relationship-building, facilitation, and communication skills. Core Daily Responsibilities:

• Implement such plans and programs as required.
