Responsibilities
- Learn how to sell products and build client relationships as a financial professional
- Meet specific requirements before transitioning into a management role
- Undergo a six-month intensive training program designed for success as a manager
- Recruit and coach others to success
- Receive training on New York Life's products and services
- Access digital tools and resources to succeed day-to-day
- Lead and build a team of financial professionals after entering the Associate Partner training program
Skills
- Sales or managerial experience in another industry
- Experience running your own business
- MBA or other equivalent degree
- Ability to meet specific production and licensing requirements
- Ability to obtain securities licenses and FINRA registrations
- Ability to affiliate with NYLIFE Securities as a registered representative
