All shifts are based on Central Standard Time (CST). Choose the weekend window that best fits your lifestyle:
- Saturday & Sunday 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturdays Only 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Sundays Only 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Sundays Only 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Saturdays Only 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

- Saturdays Only 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Typical weekly hours range from 3 to 29, giving you the flexibility to balance work with personal pursuits.
Essential Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: 1–2 years of quality assurance or related customer service experience preferred.
- Communication Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as police and accident reports, write clear correspondence, and convey information with a confident, professional telephone presence.
- Language Proficiency: Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
