company in the United States focused on cybersecurity solutions and website
hosting services.
The client is currently seeking a reliable Virtual
Assistant/Web Support Specialist to assist primarily with launching and
managing the company’s cybersecurity website and supporting LinkedIn business
visibility for the U.S.-based LLC.
Position Summary
We are looking for a proactive and creative Virtual
Assistant with experience in website management, graphic design, and LinkedIn
account support to assist a growing cybersecurity and IT solutions business.
The initial priority will be helping rebuild, launch, and
manage the company website, followed by ongoing support for website updates and
LinkedIn account management to help increase visibility and attract new
customers in the U.S. market.
This role will begin as a short-term project package with
the potential for long-term ongoing collaboration based on performance and fit.
Primary Responsibilities
Website Support & Management
Assist
in rebuilding and launching the company website
Manage
website updates and maintenance
Upload
and organize website content
Add/update
graphics, images, videos, and design elements
Support
web page formatting and layout improvements
Help
publish cybersecurity-related articles and updates
Coordinate
with the client’s existing web design team if needed
Ensure
the website remains professional, modern, and functional
Graphic Design & Visual Support
Create
or edit website graphics and visuals
Assist
with banners, product/service images, and visual branding
Support
video/image placement and formatting for the website
LinkedIn Account Management
Manage
the client’s LinkedIn business presence
Support
posting and organizing content provided by the client
Maintain
professional account activity and visibility
Assist
with engagement and overall account management
Help
improve online visibility to attract new customers in the U.S.
