Job description: We are looking to add Live Chat Agents to our Sales Team with a positive attitude. The individual in this position will serve customers through a web-based chat service with their wheel and tire needs. Customers chat with our Sales Agents to ask questions, check fitment, and to schedule service appointments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains customer relationships utilizing basic customer experience strategies while engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner to build trust and respect to deliver the "Unexpected Discount Tire Experience".
- Provides answers to basic customer inquiries; troubleshoots and diagnoses technical/ product issues.
- Determines customer needs and expectations; empowers customer with the knowledge and tools necessary to "Select the Right Tire" for their needs and budget while ensuring that "Our first consideration is the Safety of the Customer".
- Validates product requirements such as sizing, fitment, and safety standards; ensures product recommendations align with industry & company safety standards.
- Completes work in a timely and accurate manner while providing exceptional customer service.
- Must enjoy and excel in a team environment
- Must have an upbeat and positive outlook
- Must be able to sit for most of the shift
- Must be dedicated and reliable
Work Remotely
- Partial after completing training.
Pay: From $18.50 per hour
