Growing together.The VP – RPF Excellence Office (REO) is responsible for responsible for designing and delivering differentiated solutions and capabilities that drive the Community & State growth agenda. This executive leader ensures the organization’s success in competitive RFP processes by leveraging enterprise-wide assets, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and crafting market-leading solutions aligned with operational and member experience priorities.The VP – REO must possess deep expertise in operations and member experience, along with strong organizational agility to coordinate enterprise resources, proof points, and solution development. This role requires intimate knowledge of the Community & State business model and ongoing engagement with teams across the enterprise to ensure alignment of functional capabilities with evolving market needs. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with al minimum wage laws as applicable.
