Agility Robotics is a pioneer in robotics, with a robot called Digit being sold into workplaces across the globe. The company is looking for a VP of Software Infrastructure to own and drive forward the core software systems, platforms, and developer tools used throughout their products.
Requirements
- Mentor and develop high-performing AI, Robotics, and Cloud Engineering departments
- Work with a hybrid (onsite and remote) team and departments
- Support and exemplify our service culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define the technical roadmap for the software infrastructure teams to operationalize company objectives
- Define and lead implementation of company-wide software development strategy
- Lead the implementation of robot and cloud CI/CD for scalable deployments to robot fleets at multiple customer locations
- Manage the robot and cloud platform towards software best practices and compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Lead teams that develop and maintain the OS and software distribution platforms for our cutting-edge robot and cloud ecosystem.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate and update robot core software and dependencies, to improve the reliability and performance of our robotic platform.
