Position overview

The VP Business Development is responsible for delivering sustained new-logo revenue growth for CIBT’s Immigration business. 

The role exists to introduce focus, structure, and commercial discipline into new business sales, shifting the organization toward higher-value, ICP-aligned opportunities that materially grow revenue. 

This leader will build a predictable new business engine, improve deal quality and win rates, and ensure sales effort is consistently directed at the opportunities that matter most.
