We deliver around 1.3million loaves, every day of the week throughout the UK and Ireland, where we also make Mothers Pride and Ormo products. 

 

We are 2,800 people working within 8 bakeries, 1 flour mill, and 2 regional distribution centres across the UK. We’re looking for a Volume Recruitment Specialist to join our growing internal talent team and take ownership of high-volume hiring across key operational roles.

 

This is an ideal opportunity for a recruiter currently working within a fast-paced agency environment or a similar inhouse role who thrives on managing large candidate pipelines, running efficient recruitment processes, keeping stakeholders updated and delivering results at scale.

 

Location: The role is remote but we have a preference for candidates who are Midlands/Centrally based for ease of access to majority of our sites or Glasgow.
