What You Will Do
Connect with clients to understand their travel preferences, timelines, and vacation goals
Research destinations, resorts, cruise options, tours, and travel experiences
Present personalized travel recommendations based on client needs and budgets
Coordinate accommodations, transportation, activities, excursions, and vacation packages
Assist clients throughout the planning, booking, and travel preparation process
Communicate through phone, email, messaging tools, and virtual platforms
Partner with travel suppliers to arrange and confirm reservations
Monitor booking updates, itinerary changes, and travel documentation
Maintain organized client records and reservation information
Stay current on travel news, supplier promotions, and destination highlights
Provide exceptional support and service throughout the customer journey
Qualifications
Interest in travel, hospitality, tourism, customer support, sales, or service-related fields
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities efficiently
Comfortable using computers, online systems, and digital communication tools
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
Must be at least 18 years of age
