Primary Responsibilities
Coordinate client-related activities and ensure important details are handled efficiently
Manage ongoing requests and monitor progress throughout various stages of the process
Assist with researching options and gathering information based on client needs
Communicate updates, confirmations, and relevant information in a timely manner
Review documentation and records to maintain accuracy and consistency
Organize and maintain digital files and client information
Help address concerns and identify solutions when unexpected issues arise
Support internal workflows and contribute to team objectives
