Passion Home Health Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Clerical Support team member to assist with administrative and documentation tasks in a fully remote environment. This role supports daily operations by maintaining accurate records, organizing documentation, and ensuring smooth internal communication.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform accurate data entry and update internal systems
• Organize, maintain, and manage electronic files and records
• Prepare and format reports, forms, and correspondence
• Assist with scheduling coordination and follow-up communications
• Support onboarding paperwork and document tracking
• Respond to internal and external email inquiries professionally
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards
• Assist with general clerical and administrative projects as assigned
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred
• Previous clerical, administrative, or office support experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Reliable internet connection and secure home workspace

Compensation
$20 – $26 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
