Description
Tech Solutions Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant – Full Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining data accuracy, performing regular data entry tasks, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of our systems. This is a fully remote position that offers a great work-life balance and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
- Familiarity with data entry and administrative responsibilities
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and data entry software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
Responsibilities
- Inputting data into databases and systems accurately and timely
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors
- Maintaining data confidentiality and following company policies
- Conducting regular data backups to ensure data preservation
- Providing administrative support as needed, including scheduling, email management, and customer service
- Collaborating with team members to improve data accuracy and efficiency
