Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and people-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Vacation Experience Consultants. In this role, you'll assist clients with discovering travel opportunities, exploring destination options, and organizing vacation experiences that align with their interests, schedules, and preferences.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, learning about destinations, and helping others turn travel ideas into exciting plans.
No previous travel industry experience is necessary. We provide comprehensive training, educational resources, and ongoing support.
What You'll Do
Connect with clients to learn about their vacation goals and preferred travel experiences
Introduce travelers to destination options, resorts, cruises, guided tours, and vacation packages
Assist with arranging travel components through approved supplier and booking platforms
Provide information that helps clients compare and evaluate available options
Support clients throughout the inquiry, reservation, and trip preparation process
Monitor booking progress and assist with itinerary organization
Maintain detailed records of client communications and travel requests
Stay current on destination highlights, supplier programs, and special travel promotions
Participate in virtual training programs and team development opportunities
Deliver professional service that helps create a positive client experience
