The Legal Receptionist role at Job Duck offers the opportunity to be the welcoming and professional first point of contact for clients navigating sensitive family law matters. In this position, you will manage high-volume communications across phone, email, and digital platforms while ensuring that every client feels heard, respected, and supported. You will contribute to the smooth operation of the office by maintaining organized records, following established protocols, and handling confidential information with care. Responsibilities
• Organize and maintain electronic client records in the CRM system
• Assist with general office organization and electronic filing systems
• Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism
• Process and respond to incoming emails according to firm guidelines
• Monitor and manage overflow call system
• Make referrals for callers seeking assistance outside the practice area
• Handle confidential information in compliance with legal requirements
• Gather basic caller information and document accurately
Requirements
• Time Zone: Pacific Standard Time (PST)
• Office Hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm PST
• 2-3 years of experience working as a receptionist/ front desk position
• CRM system, Microsoft Office Suite
