Requirements
• Support client onboarding processes
• Draft basic legal and administrative documents
• Manage email communications
• Track billable hours and calculate payments
• Learn and assist with paralegal tasks as needed
• Open matters in Clio CRM
• Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
• Assist with payroll and payment tracking
• Calculate referral fees for external attorneys
• Coordinate billing and prepare invoices
