Job Summary TEOCO’s Managed Services team is seeking a smart, self-motivated, and collaborative individual to join as a Utility BAN Management Analyst. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain or expand experience in utility consulting, develop a strong foundation in utility invoice analysis, and build proficiency with industry software tools. Key Responsibilities • Set up 500–1,000 new utility billing accounts (BANs) per month within TEOCO’s Bill Trak system • Accurately populate required account data in accordance with established Operations Guides • Validate billed site information associated with each new billing account • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including client contacts and vendors, to complete account setup o Contact vendors via phone call and/or email to validate billing. • Conduct periodic audits of existing BANs to ensure accuracy and completeness of: o Account coding o Site codes o Account status updates (e.g., inactivations, changes) • Perform research and execute updates based on requests received through client email channels • Maintain data integrity and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks • Review reports and do quality assurance checks on current Billing Accounts to ensure validity. Required Skills & Competencies • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to manage high-volume, repetitive tasks with accuracy • Effective communication and collaboration skills • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications Preferred Skills / Tools Knowledge • Experience with data entry, auditing, or utility billing is a plus • Familiarity with utility billing/account structures • Experience working with large datasets or enterprise systems • Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills
